Restaurant Hostess

Apt Resources, a well-known recruitment company, is seeking a friendly and outgoing Restaurant Hostess to join the team of one of their clients, who operate several restaurants in Dubai. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage the reservation system effectively to organize bookings.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate menu options and answer guest questions.
• Assist in seating guests and ensuring their comfort.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: AED 3000
Food allowance: AED 350-500
Service charge: AED 600-800 (average)
Credit card tips, free accommodation, transportation, uniforms, health insurance, air ticket once every two years, paid leave as per UAE laws.
