Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for a European Experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the vibrant team at our client’s trendy western restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from the European dining scene, contributing to an innovative and dynamic work environment focused on exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences.

In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality food and service. Your strong leadership skills and detailed understanding of the hospitality industry will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and promptly address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and special offerings that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the restaurant.
• Track and manage inventory, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal levels.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve service and dining experiences.

• Pervious experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in trendy or upscale dining environments, preferably within Western cuisine.
• Demonstrated experience in European dining styles and trends.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
