Hostess - Lifestyle dining restaurant

Our client a very successful and award winning restaurant group in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Hostess. They are a leading hospitality company in their segment serving guests in Dubai since about 15 years. They require a customer-oriented individual to be the first point of contact with our guests and provide excellent service, maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, quality, and customer service.

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and ensure a positive lasting impression.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas.
• Manage reservations and maintain a reservation system.
• Advise guests on the menu, specials, and unusual features of the restaurant.
• Ensure that all guests are served with a consistent high level of quality.
• Address customer complaints, suggestions or concerns, and report them to a Manager or the respective department
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well maintained and operational at all times.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a host or hostess in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Fluent in English, and a second language such as Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of a restaurant reservation system is essential.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and guest-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette, menu presentation, wine service, and bar service is a plus.

AED 3000 to 3500 + 400 Food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 Credit card tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
