SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and ensure high standards of hygiene and quality in all kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with Hyatt standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Support senior chefs in daily operations and menu execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of food items during service hours.
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
