Head Bartender

Responsibilities

• Supervise bar operations and lead the staff team.
• Manage inventory, craft beverages and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Train staff on service techniques, mixology and safety standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest service, resolve complaints and upsell menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house to deliver a cohesive dining experience.
• Maintain hygiene compliance, food safety and health‑and‑safety regulations.

• Minimum of 2‑3 years bartending or hospitality experience.
• Strong mixology skills and knowledge of cocktail recipes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality or culinary diploma is an asset.
• Excellent communication, customer‑service focus and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury brand environment and support team operations.
• Experience with cash handling, POS and upselling techniques is preferred.
