IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Waiter Assistant to support food and beverage service operations in our hospitality outlets in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist waiters and servers in delivering high-quality customer service
, maintaining table readiness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

• Assist waiters and servers with food and beverage service
• Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organised, and presentable
• Refill water, condiments, and service items as required
• Support timely service during peak dining hours
• Follow hospitality service standards and hygiene guidelines
• Assist with basic guest requests and customer service needs
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

• Previous experience as a Waiter Assistant, Server Assistant, or F&B Support Staff
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or catering services
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Multilingual communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
• Experience working in Dubai or UAE hospitality sector
