As a Waiter/Waitress
, you are responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will provide professional, personalized, and discreet service while ensuring all Food & Beverage standards are consistently met.

• Deliver Food & Beverage service in line with hotel standards and operational procedures.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a courteous, professional, and attentive manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and daily specials to confidently advise guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet and service areas at all times.
• Complete mise-en-place and service preparation before, during, and after shifts.
• Reduce wastage, breakage, and spoilage through careful handling of equipment and supplies.
• Actively upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive and professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required for service operations.

• Basic Salary: AED 1250
• S/C: AED 350 – 450
