The Busgirl at Anasa Restaurant supports the service team by assisting waiters and waitresses with food and beverage service, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. This role is essential in ensuring smooth service operations and delivering a consistently high level of guest satisfaction at Anasa.

• Assisting the service team in delivering friendly, timely, and efficient service
• Clearing and resetting tables to maintain smooth service flow within Anasa Restaurant
• Responding to guest queries in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintaining good knowledge of menu items and products offered at Anasa
• Following correct reporting procedures when issues arise
• Adhering to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with phone calls and messages, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
• Completing opening, closing, and side duties efficiently
• Keeping all equipment clean, polished, and well-maintained
• Ensuring required chemicals and supplies are available for daily operations

• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

• Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
