Overview
Lead and manage bar operations in a fast‑paced hotel environment, ensuring high‑quality service, bar cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Supervise daily bar operations, maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to uphold IHG service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement cost‑saving measures, manage inventory, and oversee bar setup to ensure efficient operations.
- 1–2 years of bartending experience in a hotel or upscale dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and menu promotion.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic, team‑focused environment.
