. As our Five Guys team grows, we’re in search of a Crew Member for our Palm Jumeirah Mall Branch
. In this role you will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. Crew Members will be trained in different positions in the restaurant, including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns and Dressings.

• Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries, referring difficult queries to Managers.
• Adhere to brand standards at all times and keep up to date with Five Guys University courses.
• Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively contribute to achieving them.
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort, including restocking workstations, upkeep of restrooms and terrace areas, and daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Follow basic standards for uniforms, grooming and punctuality; strictly follow all food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices.
• Use the company cash register accurately and maintain proper control of company assets.
• Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.
• Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or in a similar role with excellent customer service.
