Officer – F&B Management
The Officer – F&B Management supports the smooth operation and performance of food and beverage concessions. The role ensures partners deliver a high-quality culinary experience, meet sales objectives, and maintain strong standards in food quality, customer service, and safety.
Key Responsibilities Concessionaire & Partner Management- Build and maintain positive working relationships with F&B concession partners.
- Assist with lease terms, renewals, and related commercial arrangements.
- Support concessionaires in offering diverse, high-quality menu options.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to culinary and service standards.
- Enhance the overall dining experience through strong service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate promotions and marketing initiatives across F&B partners.
- Analyze financial and sales data to assess partner performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and operational requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on performance and compliance.
- Provide oversight of daily operations including sales, staffing, and inventory control.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
- Experience in customer service and F&B operations.
- Industry experience involving concessions or multi-unit hospitality environments is advantageous.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of culinary operations and business management.
- Familiarity with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to use data analytics tools to assess trends and performance.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices (e.g., waste reduction, responsible sourcing).
- Quality assurance experience to uphold food and service standards.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
This role interacts regularly with internal teams and external partners, requiring professionalism, tact, and effective communication across different levels of management.
Work EnvironmentPrimarily office-based with periodic on-site operational exposure to F&B environments.
