We are currently recruiting for an Officer - F&B Management for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Purpose:Support the effective operation and management of restaurants and beverages (R&B) concessions within the airport. This position assists in ensuring that R&B partners deliver exceptional culinary experiences, meet sales targets, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and safety.
Skills, Tools, and SystemsExperience:
- Understanding of culinary operations, customer service, and business management.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols, including food safety practices and emergency response procedures.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to evaluate sales trends, customer preferences, and operational performance.
- Experience in implementing and monitoring quality assurance measures to maintain consistent food quality and service standards.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and initiatives in the food and beverage industry, such as waste reduction and responsible sourcing.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to food safety, health, and sanitation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with airport restaurants and beverages concessionaires. Assist in negotiating lease agreements, renewals, and rent terms
- Collaborate with concessionaires to ensure diverse and high-quality menu offerings.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to culinary standards.
- Enhance the overall dining experience through excellent service, cleanliness, and food safety. Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions within R&B concessions.
- Analyze sales and financial data to evaluate concessionaire performance.
- Ensure concessionaires comply with airport regulations, including health, safety, and licensing.
- Prepare regular reports on concessionaire performance and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, staffing, and inventory control.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in F&B Sector.

Hospitality - Minimum bachelors degree qualifications with Specialization in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
