Full time, live in at the family’s villa.

• Planning and preparing daily meals for the family.
• Creating menus based on the family's dietary preferences, allergies, and cultural preferences.
• Cooking a variety of dishes, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
• Ensuring meals are well-balanced and nutritious.
• Preparing meals in advance when needed (meal prepping).
• Cooking for the household staff
• Making grocery lists and shopping for fresh ingredients.
• Keeping track of pantry items and restocking when necessary.
• Managing kitchen inventory and minimizing food waste.
• Ensuring proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Cleaning cooking utensils, dishes, and appliances.
• Disposing of waste properly and ensuring a tidy cooking space.

• Preparing meals for special occasions, gatherings, or guests.
• Adapting meals for dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, low-sodium).
• Cooking for children's specific preferences and nutritional needs.
• Preparing packed meals for school or work if required.

• Communicating with the family to understand their meal preferences.
• Taking feedback and adjusting recipes accordingly.
• Working with house staff to coordinate meal times and kitchen duties.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a cook. (Arabic / Continental)

Must be proficient in English. Arabic skills is an advantage.
