A reputed restaurant in the UAE is hiring skilled and experienced Indian Cooks and Tawa Cooks to prepare high-quality Indian cuisine while maintaining hygiene, quality standards, and kitchen efficiency.

• Indian Cook
  • Salary: AED 2,500
  • Must be expert in all types of Biryani and Indian dishes
• Tawa Cook
  • Salary: AED 2,200
  • Must be expert in all types of Tawa dishes

• Prepare and cook menu items as per restaurant standards.
• Ensure taste, presentation, and portion control consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Indian cuisine or Tawa cooking.
• Experience in restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and recipes.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.
