We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook authentic Indian curry and tandoori dishes.
- Manage the curry/tandoor section independently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Kitchen Manager.
- Train and guide commis chefs when required.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as CDP in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices, gravies, and tandoor techniques.
- Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards
