As a Commis I at Copthorne Lakeview Hotel, you will assist in various kitchen tasks and food preparation. Your role involves learning and mastering culinary techniques, supporting chefs, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.

• Assist chefs in the preparation and execution of dishes.
• Learn and follow established recipes and culinary standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Work in different sections of the kitchen to gain experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with senior chefs and colleagues to support kitchen operations.
