Location: UAE

Salary: AED 5,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused individual to join as an Associate - Client Relations. You will handle inbound sales inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and convert leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations and answering questions
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and closing opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Manager
• Follow up with prospective customers to nurture relationships and create additional sales opportunities
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software
• Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to optimize customer experience
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve products and sales strategies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to listen attentively, identify customer needs, and offer solutions
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools preferred
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
