Pay Future is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive high‑value merchant acquisition and strategic growth across global markets. The role involves leading end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, building senior stakeholder relationships, and positioning Pay Future as the preferred gateway solution for large e‑commerce, SaaS, travel, retail, and digital merchants.

This is a hands‑on, commercial role ideal for someone with strong payments knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, pitch, and close mid‑market and enterprise merchants.
  • Manage full sales cycles including discovery, solution design, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Deliver tailored payment gateway value propositions aligned to enterprise needs.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key merchant stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Pay Future’s products and markets.
  • Support partnerships with acquirers, PSPs, ISVs, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Represent Pay Future at industry events to build pipeline and expand brand presence.
  • Work with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Provide market and merchant insights to influence product and commercial strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and deliver regular performance and forecast updates to sales leadership.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales within payments, fintech, PSPs, or acquiring.
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, cross‑border payments, and APMs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Existing merchant or partner network is a plus.
