Account Executive – SaaS (m/f/d)
Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and differentiate our platform from competitors.
- Drive new product sales by managing prospects through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
- Accurately forecast revenue and achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively follow up on qualified leads.
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to enhance lead generation efforts and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, plans, and opportunities in Zoho CRM.
- 5+ years of software sales experience, including 2+ years in complex, enterprise-level solution sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through effective prospecting, discovery, and new business acquisition.
- Strong experience in the SaaS software market is essential.
- Experience in the HR & Payroll software space is a plus but not mandatory.
- Track record of successfully selling to enterprises with 500+ employees.
