Sales Manager – Premium Pet Products Division

Company is the leading distributor of premium baby products in the Middle East, representing over 20 global brands across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and other markets. Founded in 2010, the company has expanded from a startup into a high-growth regional distributor with strong presence in both online and offline retail channels.

We are now launching a Premium Pet Products Division
, targeting the rapidly growing segment of affluent pet owners across the GCC. This expansion represents a strategic move into a complementary luxury consumer category.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead the sales function for this new division, drive revenue growth, and establish Company’s presence in the premium pet category across the region.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the premium pet category across GCC markets.
  • Identify and prioritize high‑value channels including e‑commerce, specialty pet stores, luxury department stores, and veterinary clinics.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive gaps.
Channel Development & Partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and distributors across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and long‑term agreements.
  • Lead co‑marketing and joint promotional initiatives with key partners.
  • Expand distribution into modern retail, specialty stores, and online marketplaces.
Revenue Growth & Account Management
  • Drive revenue through new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure high sell‑through, visibility, and service levels.
  • Present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Execute trade promotions, incentive programs, and seasonal sales campaigns.
Sales Operations & Team Leadership
  • Implement sales processes, CRM usage, and performance reporting.
  • Manage forecasting accuracy, order cycles, and inventory alignment.
  • Build and coach a high‑performing sales team as the division grows.
  • Conduct performance reviews and maintain accountability for KPIs.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
  • Track competitor activity, pricing movements, and promotional trends.
  • Gather customer insights to refine product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Identify pricing opportunities that support profitability and competitiveness.
Brand Building & Partner Support
  • Represent Company’s premium pet division with retailers and partners.
  • Support merchandising, product training, and POS execution.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure rapid issue resolution.
Skills

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or senior role.
  • Proven experience building channels, launching new product categories, or entering new markets.
  • Background in premium consumer goods, FMCG, retail distribution, or luxury product sales.
  • Strong understanding of GCC retail and e‑commerce ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the pet care industry or adjacent luxury consumer segments.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).
  • Experience with e‑commerce sales channels and digital retail partners.
  • Arabic language capability is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to build and manage high‑performing teams.
