The client is seeking motivated FX Sales Professionals with strong communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for converting leads into active traders and maintaining relationships to ensure client retention. • German – Conversion & Retention
• Malaysian – Conversion & Retention
• Japanese – Conversion & Retention
• Hindi – Retention only

• Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders (Conversion)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty (Retention)
• Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience

• Fluent in the desks designated language (written and spoken)
• Proven sales experience (FX, finance, or other sales-driven industries preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Prior Forex or financial market experience is a plus but not mandatory
