Business Development Manager

Summary

We’re looking for an Introducing Broker (IB) to help expand access to a next‑generation bond trading technology platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, building relationships, and making introductions within financial markets. You won’t be managing funds or execution risk, but you’ll be the face of the commercial relationship—connecting the right institutions and firms with a cutting‑edge solution that’s changing how bond markets operate.

• Identify, source, and introduce qualified clients (fintech platforms, brokerages, trading venues, funds, and trading firms).
• Present and promote the firm’s technology solutions and value proposition.
• Act as the first point of contact for referred clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, facilitating communication with internal teams.
• Track market trends and client needs to refine outreach and provide product feedback.
• Collaborate with technical and trading teams to hit acquisition targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.

• Proven experience as an introducing broker, financial intermediary, or sales representative in the brokerage/trading industry.
• Strong network within FX, CFDs, Equities, Commodities, and Indices.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and trading infrastructure.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple prospects.
• Registration with regulatory bodies (e.g., NFA, FINRA, FCA, CySEC, MFSA) or willingness to register.

• Commission‑based with performance tiers or revenue share.
• Optional monthly retainer or minimum guarantee for qualified partners.
• Bonus incentives tied to client introductions and volume milestones.

• Experience introducing clients to platforms such as LMAX, Saxo Bank, IC Markets, , FXTM, FIBO Group, Exness, Pepperstone, XM, FxPro, Ava Trade, FP Markets, Admirals, Hot Forex, FBS, XTB, Plus
  500, OctaFX, eToro, Lightyear, Trading 212, Vantage, TMGM, Revolut, Freetrade, Robinhood, Alpaca Trading, Equiti, etc.
• Knowledge of custody, clearing, and settlement infrastructure.
• Familiarity with FIX API, Web Socket, and other trading protocols.
