Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on site role for an Inside Sales Administrator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating follow ups, and supporting the sales team with administrative and CRM related tasks.
The Inside Sales Administrator will be responsible for calling and qualifying leads, scheduling viewings and meetings, updating CRM records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and sales agents. This role plays a key part in converting inquiries into qualified opportunities while maintaining organized, accurate sales data and delivering a professional client experience.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify buyer, seller inquiries
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and Whats App according to defined sales processes
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and callbacks for sales agents
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM system
- Support agents with documentation, listings, and transaction coordination
- Assist with basic client communication, confirmations, and follow up messages
- Ensure timely lead assignment, tracking, and status updates
- Support daily sales operations and reporting requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence on phone calls
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or sales administration preferred
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to qualify and nurture leads professionally
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast paced sales environment
- Basic understanding of real estate sales is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
- Salary:
Starting from AED 3,000 + commissions - Commission or performance based incentives tied to lead conversion and sales support results
