** About the role
** We are hiring a Key Account Manager in Dubai to manage the North Africa territory. The role focuses on revenue retention and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client portfolio.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Drive strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across North Africa.
* Retain and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers in Financial Institutions and NBFIs.
* Deliver impactful product demos and presentations showcasing Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions.
* Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
* Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

* Qualifications:

*** Must be fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
* Proven 5+ years of sales experience with Financial Institutions.
* Proven ability to develop sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
* Proven experience in SaaS and On-Premise Software Solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
