We are expanding our immigration sales team in Dubai and are hiring experienced Business Development Managers to drive consultative B2C sales. This role focuses on converting high‑intent inbound leads into enrolled clients across citizenship, residency, and business migration programs.

• Conduct professional immigration consultations and assess client eligibility
• Convert inbound leads into enrolled clients using consultative sales techniques
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to successful closure
• Maintain and update client pipelines using CRM systems
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Experience in immigration sales, real estate, banking, financial services, or luxury sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a performance-based environment
• Currently based in the UAE

• Fixed salary plus uncapped commission up to 22%
