We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of industry trends and regulations in addition to excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Oversee and manage all sales-related activities
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Preparing & maintaining sales contracts and other related documents. (Letters of Credit, sales records, and reports)
- Input orders into the system, verifying they meet customer specifications and are processed efficiently.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- 2-3 years work experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, or business administration
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
