Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in frontline sales.
  • At least 2 years specializing in any of Weighing Equipment, Weighbridges, Batching and Packing Machines, Retail Scales & POS, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Process Control, or Industrial Tools.

Key Responsibilities Sales Execution
  • Inbound Sales: Efficiently close sales inquiries.
  • Outbound Sales: Actively engage in high-profile B2C/Government and B2B/dealer interactions.
  • Outside Sales & Business Development: Expand market presence through direct external sales efforts and strategic business growth activities.

Collaborative Roles

  • Sales Coordination & Support: Work closely with inside sales, sales coordinators, and back-office teams to enhance sales processes.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate on marketing strategies and lead generation/development to maximize product outreach.
  • Product & Market Development: Contribute to product development and conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.

Scope of work

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
    • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
    • Seek new sales opportunities through diverse channels, including social media, digital marketing, and direct networking.
  • Sales & Inquiry Handling:
    • Manage various sales types, such as B2C, B2B, direct sales, and project-based sales.
    • Handle inquiries received through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
    • Prioritize leads with the sales team, focusing on high-value opportunities.
  • Customer Support & Engagement:
    • Guide customers on technical and commercial aspects, aiding in product selection.
    • Prepare and manage essential sales documents, including quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Lead negotiation processes, ensuring favorable outcomes.
    • Resolve customer complaints and objections effectively.
  • Operations & Service Delivery:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service levels.
    • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and conferences.
    • Monitor stock levels to support sales activities and demonstrations.
  • Feedback & Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
    • Maintain detailed reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Product & CRM Management:
    • Oversee the timely update of product information on the website and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Frontline Sales: Minimum of 3+ years, with proven success in closing deals and prospecting.
    • Outdoor Sales: More than 1+ year of experience.
    • Industry Background: Experience in Mechatronics product sales, with 2+ years focusing on industrial weighing machines
      , instrumentation
      , POS, or industrial automation
      . To quickly adapt to our product and service portfolios.
    • Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of mechatronics, instrumentation & process control, and automation fields.

    • Negotiation & Marketing: Excellent capabilities in these areas.
    • Self-Learning: Strong ability to learn independently, with a confident and disciplined approach.
    • Organizational

      Skills:

      High level of organization, physical fitness, and self-motivation.
    • Goal-oriented: Results-driven mindset with minimal need for supervision.
    • Presentation

      Skills:

      Proficient in delivering attractive presentations and effective communication in English.
    • Research & Communication: Advanced online research skills and professional business communication.
    • Technical Quotations: Efficient typing speed (minimum 25 WPM) and adept in preparing quotations using Microsoft Word or Excel.

Qualification plus points

  • Holding a UAE driving license is a plus+
