Sales Executive; StableCoin
Job Purpose
DP World is hiring Sales Executive for its stablecoin-enabled payments solution, developed in collaboration with licensed third‑party financial and technology partners to enable accessible, instant, and transparent cross‑border payments.
The solution forms part of DP World’s broader vision to modernise global trade settlements by leveraging blockchain technology to reduce transaction costs, improve transparency, and enhance financial inclusion across emerging markets.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting DP World regional sales personnel in driving business growth, converting complex leads and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities – selling the payment solutions to new and existing customers. You will assist with driving sales within the region and assist in converting and maintaining strong relationships with top management of SMEs and corporate clients who have adopted the cross‑border payment solutions, acting as one of the primary points of contact for all DP World Stablecoin account‑related matters.
You will develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with the Regional Sales Lead and ensure dissemination of key information to the DP World regional sales team related to new product developments on ground. Collaborating with internal teams, including Product and Strategy and Operations, you will ensure seamless execution of client strategies and address any issues that arise. Your role will also involve assisting in up‑ or cross‑selling additional platform solutions as they are developed.
The role will also entail using enterprise solutions such as CRM to track leads and convert prospective clients along with preparing and presenting regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market insights to the Regional Sales Lead.
Through strategic sales efforts, strong client relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration, you will play a critical role in driving the success of DP World’s payments platform and delivering exceptional value to SMEs and corporate clients.
Key Accountabilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by assisting the DP World Regional Logistics Sales team in selling the payment solutions to new and existing customers (in collaboration and co‑ordination with existing DP World Regional Logistics Sales team) and potential new corporate clients
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new prospects to drive adoption of the payments solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with top management of SMEs and corporate clients who have adopted the cross‑border payment solutions and act as one of the primary points of contact, along with the Operations Analyst, for all account‑related matters
- Develop, align with Regional Sales Lead and execute sales strategies basis extensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape and achieve revenue targets
- Assist the Regional Sales Lead and Senior Sales personnel in the Regional Logistics Sales teams, in any way needed (follow up calls, documentation completion, to close leads generated by them in the region
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Strategy and Operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and address any issues that arise
- Extensively engage with clients on key questions or concerns that they might have before onboarding onto the platform
- Upselling and cross‑selling additional solutions, as and when they are developed, to prospective leads in collaboration with the DP World Regional Logistics Sales team
- Use enterprise solutions such as CRM to ensure proper tracking of leads generated either by the Sales Executive themselves or by the DP World Regional Sales personnel
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales funnel overview across key prospects, other sales activities and market insights to the Regional Sales Lead
- Ensure all client activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies, aligned closely with the Risk and Compliance team
