Key Responsibilities Manage all sales activities including lead generation, customer acquisition, and achievement of sales targets aligned with business unit objectives.
Adhere to sales forecasts and strategic plans to ensure optimal profitability.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to brand and category teams for timely action.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations including prospect follow-ups, negotiations, and development of competitive sales proposals.
Visit customers regularly to take orders, confirm delivery details, and review stock levels.
Track enquiries and prepare reports covering source of business, conversion rates, and future sales projections.
Promote products to new and existing clients through networking, sales meetings, and corporate events.
Advise customers on new product launches, upcoming developments, and promotional offers.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, email outreach, and networking activities.
Identify and develop new customer accounts to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
Prepare sales-related documentation and support contracting activities in coordination with the legal team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Respond to customer queries, provide product information, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and prepare regular performance reports.
Evaluate customers and conduct required background checks in line with business unit guidelines.
Coordinate logistics related to order processing and delivery.
Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the beauty and category.
Background in pharmaceutical or skincare sales is required.
Strong understanding of sales planning, customer relationship management, and order execution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong English language skills;
Arabic or Tagalog proficiency is an advantage.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
