Key Responsibilities Drive and manage an assigned van sales route to promote and sell food products to cafeterias, restaurants, and small food businesses.
Execute direct selling activities including deliveries, invoicing, and cash sales transactions with customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure product availability and repeat business.
Plan efficient daily routes to maximize coverage, productivity, and timely customer visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets by developing new accounts and growing sales with existing customers.
Monitor van stock levels, manage inventory accurately, and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely replenishment.
Ensure products are handled, stored, and delivered in line with food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports, updating customer data and tracking sales performance.
Manage invoices, collections, and customer transaction records accurately.
Ideal Profile Experience in van sales, route sales, or direct sales within the food or FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of HORECA or lower trade food service markets.
Good knowledge of food products, handling, storage, and safety practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to plan routes effectively, manage time well, and work independently.
Basic reporting skills with attention to accuracy in sales and inventory records.
Valid driving license suitable for van operations in the UAE.
