Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with a passion for excellence in sales, both inside and outdoors. This role involves managing sales inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales from initial contact to closure.

Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, particularly in industrial weighing equipment or related fields.
  • Education: Degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, attested by UAE authorities.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Attributes: Disciplined, organized, fast learner, and physically fit.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries via various channels and guide customers in product selection.
  • Quotation and Sales Process: Prepare quotes, engage in technical discussions, and coordinate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct follow-ups and visits to finalize sales.
  • Sales Reporting and Market Research: Keep accurate sales records and identify sales opportunities through market research.
  • Proactive Sales Initiatives: Engage in cold calling, networking, and digital marketing to uncover new sales prospects.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on technical sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand our product range and services.
