Talent Acquisition Manager | Driving Strategic Hiring & Building High-Impact Teams
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our client in Dubai who is a leading distributor of Cosmeceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Pharma & Beauty Products in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Visit and manage assigned accounts to secure product orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Call on pharmacies within the territory to promote the product range and engage with pharmacists.
- Follow up regularly with stores to monitor stock levels and address supply needs.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct presentations to pharmacists and doctors to educate them on product features and benefits.
- Visit doctors (detailing) and promote products with an emphasis on building trust and rapport.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new accounts to expand market coverage.
- Track competitor activity and provide relevant market feedback to internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be based in Dubai
- 3+ years' of sales experience in pharma/medical industry in the UAE
- Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
- UAE driving license
- Associate
