To develop, lead, and empower a complete sales team (multilingual real estate agents) while actively contributing to the growth of Luxarabia Real Estate, an innovative agency specialized in luxury and off‑plan real estate in Dubai.
Responsibilities- Recruit, develop, onboard, and train new real estate agents.
- Establish structured onboarding, sales tools, methodology and company culture.
- Train new agents on sales techniques, prospecting, lead management, and product knowledge.
- Build a high‑performing, results‑driven sales team.
- Supervise daily activities; monitor objectives; provide coaching.
- Organize weekly team meetings (briefings, debriefings, KPI and sales follow‑ups).
- Set clear, measurable targets for each team member.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, lead conversion, and client follow‑up quality through the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation performance.
- Represent Luxarabia with top developers.
- Track and analyze sales results (transactions, conversion rates, commissions) via structured reporting.
- Create internal training modules (off‑plan sales, negotiation, client communication, time management).
- Develop a commercial culture based on discipline, trust, performance.
- Promote Luxarabia’s values: professionalism, transparency, excellence.
- Collaborate with top management to define commercial priorities and quarterly goals.
- Contribute to overall business development strategy.
- Suggest improvements for processes, CRM usage, sales scripts, and marketing campaigns.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai’s real‑estate market (off‑plan or secondary).
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and major developers.
- Fluent in English;
French and/or Arabic are strong assets. - Proficient with CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
- Full‑time position based in Dubai.
Compensation package: base salary + commissions + team performance bonuses.
