Sales & Business Development Manager - 360 Creative Advertising Agency

• Act as a catalyst for the organization by being a brilliant representative of the company.
• Manage effective communication between the client and the team.
• New Business Development:
  Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new income for the company across UAE and the Middle East.
• Identify target companies/brands and their agencies across the region, prepare sales presentations and drive sales pitches.
• Conduct meetings with clients, informing them about the current work status of their projects.
• Develop and maintain a potential database of clients.
• Establish relationships with new clients and maintain and nurture business relationships with existing clients.
• Creating project quotations, preparation of invoices, and agreements.

Monthly Compensation:
Fixed + Incentives

Visa & Health Insurance will be provided.

Candidates with a Driving Licence will be preferred.

• Graduation or MBA with excellent communication skills and min 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Great presentation skills to bring life to the work done by the creative team and present it to the client.

• Excellent self‑presentation skills and phone etiquette.
• Excellent management skills, research aptitude, strong desire to excel in the creative agency.
• Well‑versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest/Education in Advertising, sales, and Marketing.
• Min experience of 4 years is a must.
• Experience in Customer Service and Brand Marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
