Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives.
* Ensure market penetration through new client acquisition and existing clientele solicitation.
* Analyze cases properly and provide all related customer information after field visits.
* Maintain familiarity with all policies, products, and processes to ensure superior client onboarding.
* Actively participate in Learning, Development, and training programs.
* Ensure strict adherence to all KYC and Compliance policies.## Requirements
* Must have POS Loans experience.
* Requires good convincing and negotiating skills.
* Continuous suggestions on changes and ways of improving FAB products.
* Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
