Position: Business Consultant / Business Development Consultant – Business Setup & Real Estate (UAE)

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Consultant / Business Development Consultant with strong exposure to the UAE Business Setup industry and real estate advisory.

This role is focused on new client acquisition, relationship building, and portfolio management, managing clients from initial meetings through to contract signing and compliance. You will work closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses looking to establish or expand in the UAE.

The role requires strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, along with knowledge of off‑plan, secondary sales, and leasing within the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business development and new client acquisition
  • Build and manage long‑term client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings and business consultations
  • Advise clients on:
    • UAE business setup / company formation
    • Off‑plan real estate
    • Secondary (resale) market
    • Leasing (residential / commercial)
  • Manage the full sales cycle:
    • Lead generation and follow‑up
    • Negotiation and contract signing
    • Compliance, KYC, and documentation
  • Maintain strong knowledge of UAE market trends, pricing, and demand
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and close 5+ new deals per month
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reporting
Requirements
  • 4–6 years’ experience in sales within the Business Setup industry
  • Must have worked for at least two business setup companies
    • Minimum 1 year per company
  • Proven business development and sales closing experience
  • Ability to consistently close 5+ deals per month
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • UAE business setup
    • Real estate advisory
    • Off‑plan, secondary sales, andli>
    • Excellent client‑facing, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills
    • Indian nationals preferred (Mumbai‑based candidates strongly preferred)
    • Others welcome; multilingual candidates preferred
    • Languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, plus English, are an advantage
    Benefits

    Option 1:
    Fixed Salary + Commission

    • Fixed salary: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 (based on experience)
    • Performance‑based commission on closed deals

    Option 2:
    Commission‑Only

    • 50% revenue split
    • No fixed salary
    • High earning potential for strong performers
