Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Act as the main point of contact for all sales‑related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to customers
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient and timely order processing and delivery
• Prepare and review sales contracts and proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments and overdue invoices
• Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and other events
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
