Sales Coordinator; UAE National

Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator for their Event Services department. The candidate should be able to execute marketing programme/forecast reports to achieve the sales department budget and assist the sales program, attend marketing meetings by sales head, creating meeting minutes and key points, prepare yearly marketing targets and define marketing/sales potential in region and sector, meet expected datelines by sales head in reports and daily sales functions, conduct survey and market analysis in order to define new market and new business segments, build an awareness of the services provided via adopting efficient marketing and PR strategy, and assist sales team in daily sales operation and on site operation.

The candidate should also be able to liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets, and provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.

He/she must have a Bachelor Degree in business management or commerce field (Experience in relevant field can be also considered) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing capacity, with a technical background. The candidate should have good computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) and fluency in English, Arabic preferred.
