The Corporate Chef will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary direction of the Food Service Division, with a specific focus on the HORECA sales. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong culinary foundation and a passion for innovation and proven sales record. The role goes beyond traditional kitchen responsibilities, encompassing product development, customized menu creation, and high-impact food presentation.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to create solutions that not only meet culinary standards but also align with commercial objectives. By bridging culinary expertise with business development, the Corporate Chef will help drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and strengthen the brand's presence in the competitive HORECA market.
Culinary Leadership
- Develop, test, and implement innovative recipes using sous vide, raw, and value-added meat and poultry products.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to create commercially viable and scalable culinary solutions.
- Demonstrate advanced culinary presentations and cooking techniques to clients, showcasing product versatility and quality.
- B2B business growth across hotel chains, airline catering, and institutional clients.
- Conduct live cooking demos, tasting sessions, and product training for customers and prospects.
- Provide culinary insight to support pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Act as a culinary ambassador during client visits, trade shows, and industry events. Offer consultative culinary advice to clients to help integrate products into their menus and operations.
- Identify trends and customer needs to propose tailored culinary solutions.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of raw and value-added beef and poultry processing, including handling, storage, and preparation best practices.
- Stay current with global and regional culinary trends, food safety standards, and innovation in value-added meat and poultry products.
- Total 10 years, 5 years of related experience in a B2B sales support role, preferably with hotels, airline catering, or institutional kitchens.
- Experience working across the GCC, MENA region, or similar multicultural environments.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role within food service manufacturing, hotel chains, or B2B environments.
- Strong background in sous vide, raw beef, value-added beef, poultry, and value-added poultry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
