An international agricultural inputs company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Professional to support business development across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for seeds and specialty fertilizers
.
This role is designed for commercially driven professionals with an established presence in the region and the ability to generate business through distributor and importer networks.
Territory- B2B focus (distributors, importers, agricultural input companies)
- Develop and manage distributor relationships across GCC markets
- Introduce and commercialize seed and specialty fertilizer products
- Convert trials and commercial discussions into confirmed sales
- Coordinate pricing and commercial approvals with management
- Provide market intelligence and commercial feedback
- Drive revenue growth through distributor-led sales channels
- 5+ years of experience in agricultural inputs sales
- Background with an international seed company or agri-inputs company
- Proven sales track record in seeds, fertilizers, or crop inputs
- Established distributor or importer relationships in the GCC
- Ability to operate independently and manage regional accounts
- Strong understanding of distributor-based business models
- Professional communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Commercial role with earning potential directly linked to results
- Flexible working structure suitable for experienced regional professionals
