Position: Regional Sales Professional – GCC (Seeds & Specialty Fertilizers)

An international agricultural inputs company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Professional to support business development across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for seeds and specialty fertilizers
.

This role is designed for commercially driven professionals with an established presence in the region and the ability to generate business through distributor and importer networks.

Territory
  • B2B focus (distributors, importers, agricultural input companies)
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage distributor relationships across GCC markets
  • Introduce and commercialize seed and specialty fertilizer products
  • Convert trials and commercial discussions into confirmed sales
  • Coordinate pricing and commercial approvals with management
  • Provide market intelligence and commercial feedback
  • Drive revenue growth through distributor-led sales channels
Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in agricultural inputs sales
  • Background with an international seed company or agri-inputs company
  • Proven sales track record in seeds, fertilizers, or crop inputs
  • Established distributor or importer relationships in the GCC
  • Ability to operate independently and manage regional accounts
  • Strong understanding of distributor-based business models
  • Professional communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
