Responsibilities
- Coordinate with CTS, logistics, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely order booking, deliveries, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Manage customer portal activities including SES approvals, invoice uploads, and tracking invoice status.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure payments are received as per agreed timelines.
- Support sales and aftermarket teams by tracking CRM activities, supporting sales campaigns, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to retain customers, recover lost accounts, and actively participate in team meetings and operational discussions.
