We are urgently hiring an Sales Account Manager – Retention to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals who thrive in a high-performance, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of FX clients
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximize retention and revenue
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Achieve and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets
- Provide professional market guidance and client support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Strong sales background any field (mandatory)
- Experience in the FX / Forex industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- A high level of English vocabulary is essential
, as the role involves daily interaction with international clients. - Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented
- Open to all nationalities
