Salary (tax-free): Up to AED 10,000 (based on experience)

About the Role: Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their diesel fuel depot operations in the Dubai industrial area. This role focuses on the wholesale sales of diesel fuel to truckers and transport companies, driving revenue growth through new business development and existing customer management. The successful candidate will be based at the depot and must possess strong communication skills in Hindi and Urdu to effectively engage with truck drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell wholesale diesel fuel to truckers and fleet operators within the industrial area.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers, transport companies, and key clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle queries, and resolve issues promptly at the depot.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably within fuel trading, industrial sales, or logistics.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and Urdu (required);
    English is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily activities at the depot.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Familiarity with Dubai industrial areas and trucker communities is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity and customer focus.

Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
