Position: Sales Executive (FMCG Principal HQ

We’re hiring a Sales Executive for a fast-growing FMCG / Food & Beverage principal (brand owner). This is a hands-on, commercial role for someone who enjoys building markets, opening doors, and growing distribution partnerships across the region.

You’ll be based in Dubai HQ, reporting into senior leadership, with immediate ownership of key markets including Kuwait, Jordan and Egypt (with wider exposure across GCC and APAC as the business scales).

What you’ll be doing
  • Map target customers, identify opportunities, and generate new leads / distribution partners
  • Grow sales in existing markets in collaboration with local partners and distributors
  • Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships (B2B partnership-led selling)
  • Support strategic sales planning: forecasts, reviews, and execution against targets
  • Support pricing consistency and commercial tools (in line with leadership direction)
  • Track lead status, manage negotiations, renewals, and market visits
  • Support partner onboarding and documentation (e.g., NDAs, distribution/commission agreements) and product registration processes
  • Improve sales reporting and analysis tools (shared cross-functionally where needed)
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Innovation and Supply Chain on go-to-market plans, competitor insights and country-by-country strategy
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG and/or Food & Beverage sales (branded products)
  • Strong B2B sales capability (relationship-led, long-term partnership approach)
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation, listening and presentation skills
  • Organised, proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable in a “roll up your sleeves” environment
  • Comfortable travelling and working across different cultures and markets
