Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to the growth of our company by developing new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, enhancing your expertise and understanding of the sales process while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive company revenue.
Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business leads through research and networking.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work closely with senior sales executives for strategy development and implementation.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Liaise with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and insights.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to foster industry connections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
