IT Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused IT Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and manage customer accounts. The candidate must have hands‑on experience in IT sales within the UAE, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sector.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market and create sales pipelines.
  • Prepare and deliver customized IT sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven IT sales/account management experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
