For more information, visit The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a front‑line player sales professional who identifies qualified leads and manages the handover of marketing leads to sales, qualifying them per company protocol for sales to pursue and convert to a qualified opportunity. This role will be tasked with evaluating and nurturing inbound leads as well as executing outbound prospecting campaigns.
You will become a trusted resource that creates initial relationships with prospects, acting as their point of contact.
- Immediate action on inbound leads and campaign leads.
- Conduct high volume call and email prospecting campaigns across target regions to generate high quality leads.
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
- Analyze internal and external market data and databases with the objective to turn this data into actionable campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute innovative, structured and targeted campaigns with specific CTAs (calls to action).
- Schedule Discovery Calls for the Account Executives.
- Record and document all activities in CRM (Salesforce).
- Work closely and collaboratively with marketing and sales team to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
- Developing strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales for business growth and target completion.
- Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Contribute to research, creation, of targeted prospect lists.
- Own data management relative to performance, campaign and operational execution.
- Systems updating, data validation and verification.
- Provide amazing prospect and customer experiences.
- Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in SDR or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Sales, Marketing, business Administration.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and enthusiastic in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in sales tools:
Salesforce, CRM etc. - Pro‑active, with a hands‑on and can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Arabic and English languages.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
