Our client is hiring a Pre Sales & Inside Sales Team Lead to drive regional revenue growth by owning inbound lead management, proactive outbound pipeline building, and high-quality presales support. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll lead and mentor an inside sales team
, sharpen presales execution, and ensure prospects receive a fast, polished journey into the sales pipeline.
- Identify and target high‑potential clients across your assigned region
- Run outbound outreach (calls, email, social, networking) to build a strong pipeline
- Research priority segments to uncover new opportunities and routes‑to‑market
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries
- Provide accurate product information, pricing guidance, and initial technical clarifications
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales/technical owners
- Keep CRM records clean, complete, and consistently up to date
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution overviews
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to address prospect questions
- Support proposal development and creation of presales documentation/materials
- Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to hit monthly/quarterly targets
- Train team members on product knowledge, engagement best practices, and scripts
- Monitor performance and reinforce strong follow‑up habits + pipeline hygiene
- Track leads, enquiries, and presales activity with strong CRM discipline
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reporting (lead quality, conversion, activity)
- Use insights to improve outreach strategy and presales effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting and regional growth planning
- Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
- Represent the business at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Build relationships with prospects and key regional stakeholders
- 4–7 years in presales, inside sales, or sales support (fintech strongly preferred)
- 2+ years in tech sales / sales / customer service in finance, fintech, or crypto is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead qualification, and presales processes
- Confident with CRM tools and disciplined tracking/reporting Pre sales and Inside sales team…
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (demos + stakeholder conversations)
- Strong organisation/time management; able to juggle team leadership + personal execution
- Experience in SaaS/digital platforms and familiarity with regional markets is an advantage
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable owning targets
- Commercially sharp, customer‑aware, and solutions‑oriented
- A player‑coach: you can lead from the front while building team capability
