🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls generated through marketing and advertising campaigns
• Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and product knowledge
• Advise customers on mobile phones, laptops, smartwatches, tablets, and related electronics
• Confidently handle objections and manage difficult customers with professionalism
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business

Skills

Required Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics, especially mobile phones, laptops, smartwatches, tablets, and accessories
• Prior sales experience in an electronics store (mandatory)
• Strong experience dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone in the UAE market
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
