Freelance Life Insurance Broker​/Business Developer UAE & GCC

As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for experienced freelance insurance brokers or business developers based in the UAE
, with an existing client portfolio, to develop the life insurance market across the UAE and the GCC region
.

We work in partnership with a licensed and established insurance broker and are seeking independent professionals interested in a long-term freelance collaboration
.

• Promote and sell life insurance solutions to your existing client portfolio
• Advise and support clients throughout the sales process until contract signing
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and our broker partner
• Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure smooth deal execution

• Independent insurance broker, financial advisor, or business introducer
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Active client portfolio in life insurance, financial services, or wealth management
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, autonomous, reliable, and results-oriented

• 100% freelance, commission-based collaboration
• Attractive commissions paid per validated and signed life insurance contract
• Flexible working arrangement (no fixed hours, no employment contract)
• Long-term partnership with growth opportunities in the UAE and GCC markets

• Commission-based only (no fixed salary)
• Commission paid for each successfully signed and approved life insurance policy
